Boxbar Tech est une startup qui propose la première solution de libre-service automatisée de boissons au monde proposant un menu complet, remodelant le paysage des bars lors d'événements, de lieux et dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie à l'échelle mondiale. Nous avons pour mission de redéfinir le service de bar avec notre technologie de distribution entièrement automatisée unique, capable de servir deux boissons en moins de 30 secondes, couvrant un menu complet de boissons allant des bières, cidres et spiritueux et mixeurs aux vins et cocktails.
Pour les événements et les lieux confrontés à des augmentations de coûts et à des inefficacités opérationnelles sans précédent, les temps d’attente prolongés pour les clients non seulement érodent les bénéfices, mais contribuent également aux inefficacités globales.
Notre objectif principal pour les clients est de révolutionner l’expérience traditionnelle de l’attente dans les longues files d’attente des bars, en éliminant l’inconvénient de manquer l’action et de passer du temps de qualité avec ses amis et sa famille tout en prenant un verre.

Nous recherchons un Responsable du développement commercial pour rejoindre notre nouvelle équipe couvrant les ventes à l'échelle nationale, mais notre siège social est à Leeds. Vous agirez dans le cadre de notre fonction commerciale. Vous promouvez la vente et/ou la location de notre concept innovant Boxbar Technology.
Votre rôle
You will be responsible for growing and maintaining our new event/venue/festivals client base as well as other local emerging territories and sectors such as hospitality and fixed venues. You will be tasked with driving growth of the Boxbar brand in target markets including festivals, events, venues and hospitality through strategic partnerships, hitting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets, and managing a client portfolio of both existing and new business customers.

This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, your mission will be to grow new and build on existing partnerships ensuring that there is an increase in sales and profitability year on year.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet/exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets. Your main KPI will be principally measured on hitting this target.

Drive new business growth within key markets and industry sectors.

Arranging & attending meetings with senior prospects, making C-Level presentations, drafting proposals and contract documents and consistent networking within the industry.

Attending networking events and any relevant conferences.

Producing detailed proposal presentations for clients with a positive ROI.

Developing new ideas and tailored partnership solutions.

Negotiate deals and close contract sales on a timely basis.

Liaise with internal teams, including operations, marketing, content & finance.

Support with supplier relationships, invoicing, sales reporting to Directors, monitoring sales overhead and costs.

On-site operational support from time-to-timeperiod, including direct liaison with clients and suppliers.

Managing and maintaining our CRM system ensuring prospective clients are followed up on a regular basis

Maintain knowledge of the self-serve ecosystem with regards to products and service providers

Requirements:

Experience within Sales/Business Development in the live music, festivals, events, travel, leisure, hospitality, sports or tourism industry.

Minimum 2 years experience in sales, partnerships or commercial development

Exceptional numerate and communication skills, a confident telephone manner with experience in face-to-face meetings

Have a comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle including lead generating, negotiations skills and closing

Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions
