How Does it Work?
Online and Offline Capability: When your internet connection is stable, payments are processed as usual. However, when the connection drops, our offline feature kicks in, allowing the card reader to validate the customer's card and store the payment request.
Secure Data Storage: While offline, the transaction data is securely stored within the terminal, fully compliant with PCI P2PE (Point-to-Point Encryption) standards. This ensures that customer card information remains protected and encrypted throughout the process.
Automatic Processing: Once the internet connection is restored, payments are automatically processed, and the customer is charged. This seamless transition from offline to online ensures no action is required from your staff, reducing potential errors and delays.
