It's one of the most prestigious racecourses in the UK, hosting world-class events like the Ebor Festival and the Dante Stakes. This is a venue where expectations are high and every second counts—especially when it comes to service.
That’s why ASM Global and York Racecourse brought in Boxbar. Their goal? To replace an outdated wine and Prosecco kiosk with something faster, smarter and far more capable.
They wanted to move away from a single-product setup and give guests more choice, without compromising on speed or style.

A New Kind of Self-Service Bar
This wasn’t just a facelift. We completely removed the old kiosk and replaced it with a fully bespoke, fixed installation—designed, built and installed entirely by our team.
The area now functions as a high-performance self-service bar, designed to keep queues short and drinks flowing. It's built for speed, without sacrificing quality or aesthetics.
